The district is a Special District created under
Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution.
Our Mission
Our Mission is to develop and achieve goals and services to improve and support the Residents and Business Owners within the District.
We are focused on targeted goals and objectives to promote, develop, encourage, expand, and maintain various programs, policies, and activities to improve the economic welfare and quality of life within the community of Barrett Station.
